At Fresher LLC we believe there is a direct correlation between what a person eats and their overall state of health and happiness. The food we eat, along with where it comes from and how it is prepared, impacts entire communities as well as the environment. Our goal is support what we know to be true by providing access to seasonal, simple, and fresh (pun intended) food to the communities that we are in. Fresher, LLC is ACDBE certified in Georgia, Georgia, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Arizona, Washington, Colorado, New York /New Jersey and Florida

About our Founder

Fresher, LLC was conceived in NYC and birthed in Atlanta. While our founder, Inez Lampley, worked in finance on Wall Street, she sought out her passion in health and wellness. She created a food blog to share healthy food around the city that was both high quality and affordable for her millennial friends.

Her passion for food is in her blood, as her family business operates in the restaurant QSR business. Inez’s first job was at her families company, which has over 30 years of franchising operational experience. Inez knew she would return, but this time to diversify her families portfolio to include health conscious brands.
